We make every effort to ship within 2 business days. Orders totaling more than $1 ,000.00 may be held until payment is received from your bank.
We can only guarantee shipping from our facility. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination arrival time. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you in ensuring your package arrives successfully.
Email confirmation is sent from our website. Orders not received or processed in time for our pickup will ship the following business day. This will delay the receipt of your shipping confirmation. Please be mindful of Sundays and federal holidays when USPS/UPS will not collect outgoing shipments.
USPS/UPS shipping: Priority Flat Rate, Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground and UPS Air shipping policies state that delivery time will vary based upon the origin and destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website.
Local Pickup and Delivery Policy
As a courtesy to our local customers, a local pickup/delivery shipping option of purchased products is available to the following zip codes only: 24060 (Blacksburg, VA), 24061 (Virginia Tech main campus) and 24073 (Christiansburg, VA). Upon checkout, you must use one of these 3 zip codes to enable the free local delivery option. Please make sure your telephone/cell number and email address are accurate as you will be contacted by a The Wise Leaf representative to set up your delivery.
The following locations are available. The delivery time will be arranged between The Wise Leaf agent and the customer through the use of email, text message, or phone call. Standard data usage rates may apply.
- South Main Kroger at Gables Shopping Center (outside the left main entrance doors)
- University City Blvd. US Post Office (parking lot)
- Christiansburg US Post Office (parking lot)
Virginia Tech Main Campus
- Cassell Coliseum (right side, on the bus loading drive-thru, in front of side entrance steps)
- Squires Student Center (outside the rear entrance located on the Alumni Mall)
Typical available delivery times will be Monday – Friday 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday – Sunday between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, or at a later time as agreed to by both parties. Delivery times may vary based on individual schedules, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver your products within two (2) days of purchase. All delivery of purchased products will take place in a public setting with safety as the main concern for all parties. All reasonable efforts will be made by both parties to be at the agreed delivery site and on time. If there is a delay, the delayed party will contact the other party via phone call or text message to establish an alternative delivery plan. No more than two (2) local delivery attempts will be made. If local delivery is unsuccessful, the products will be shipped by standard USPS methods and all associated shipping fees will be charged to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to cancel an order, you can do that by contacting us via Customer Support email or phone number listed on the website. If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will have to return the products for a refund. If your order has not yet been shipped, our Customer Support team will cancel it for you and issue you a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours of delivery. Please send us an email with images showing the defects and you will be given further instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
